Overall, Sport-clips has been so much better than Great Clips talent, professionalism and experience-wise. The stylists seem more professional and take a little more time with details. The manager, Ashe, seems knowledgeable and kind. My last experience, on Friday, was pretty uncomfortable and awkward, though. I liked Nicole a lot, until I realized very clearly that she was having some sort of major blow up with Ashe and was making a really big deal and almost manic scene about her frustration with the store in general...with Ashe cutting hair right behind us! Smiling, but obviously angry “Oh, I can’t WAIT for Sunday!” (When owners would meet with Ashe and Nicole to hash it out, apparently). It was like she was loosing her mind right in the mirror right in front of me! I really enjoyed Nicole when I was able to briefly change the subject, she’s fascinating, but then she’d get right back on the war path. Hopefully, they can make peace. An angry haircut is a bit nerve racking!

Ashe, the manager, was extremely professional, friendly and is a talented stylist who gives her clients her full attention, makes sure they are happy, but also gets them in and out quickly. The MVP Experience is awesome and I will definitely be a returning client. The online check-in process is easy and itʻs nice to see exactly how many minutes you will be waiting before you show up. If there is a bit of a wait, itʻs nice to have Starbucks right next door for a quick coffee.

It was a very good day. I was brought in immediately and my stylist wasn't overly chatty. We discussed in great detail how I wanted my haircut and she gave me honest and reliable advice on what would work with my type of hair. She trimmed it out a little at a time, I daresay she was sculpting a marble bust. A little here then a little more there. I was quietly impressed watching her work and when it got down to the finishing touches, she listened to everything I asked for then executed them to a tee. This is the best damn haircut I have had for a long while. 5 stars all the way around! Thank you.
